Fraud? Or just appalling level of service?
I ordered an item as a Christmas Gift on 23rd December with guaranteed next-day delivery. It is now 4th January and the item has not been received and I have no tracking information. I have contacted DrankGigant directly and they refuse to offer any kind of assistance. I have now raised a dispute with Paypal. Disgusting company.
